Training and development
We will create the conditions you need to realise your potential and turn your ambitions into reality. How? By giving you differentiated development training to build your own career.
You will learn on-the-job from industry experts, and you will be assigned a Line Manager and a mentor who will support you throughout your apprenticeship. They will ensure you gain the right experience and skills, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification
This is supported by more training opportunities to develop your skills, such as Teamwork and Continuous Improvement.
Each year of your apprenticeship you will be given the opportunity to attend a development week where you can meet and network with apprentices from the around the world. You might be taking part in an outdoor, adventure course zip-lining and going on expeditions or you could be meeting former veterans and learning from their past experiences. These types of activities will help you to build your personal, social and emotional skills. Key skills for you to bring back into your day to day work.
